Depending on your role and use of the Services, we may collect:

Identifiers & contact data: name, email, organization, role, account IDs.
Account data: login credentials (stored securely), profile settings, workspace membership.
Assessment data (Candidates): answers to questions, scores, timestamps, files, feedback.
Device & usage data: IP address, browser/OS details, logs, activity, error reports.
Support & communications: messages, requests, call/chat records if you contact us.
Optional proctoring data (if enabled): IP/device checks, webcam images, screen monitoring (with clear notice).

We use cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).

Depending on your role and use of the Services, we may collect:

Customer account/billing data: life of account + up to 3 years.
Candidate assessment data: default 24 months from last activity.
Proctoring data (if any): 6 months.

System logs/diagnostics: 12 months.
We may keep de-identified or aggregated data without limit.
